The jacket is sewn from two types of material:

jacket made of "pearl" weave cotton fabric with a weight of 580g/m²,
jacket finishing made of smooth cotton with a weight of 12oz (340 g/m2);

The jacket is finished similarly to a classic judo gi. Covered French seam (commonly used in jeans), multiple stitched collar, reinforcements around the shoulders, front chest, and armpits. The joining of individual clothing elements is done with the aforementioned French seam, but to achieve maximum durability, it is stitched 3 times instead of 2 times as in classic judo kimonos. For sewing BJJ jackets, we use only tear-resistant core threads.

BJJ pants are made of dyed cotton, twill weave, and 12oz weight, sewn based on a classic cut with reinforcements on the front of the legs from the bottom up to mid-thigh and a gusset in the crotch. Pants are dedicated for children with an elastic waistband and drawstring. To further increase seam durability, these are stitched not twice as in most pants available on the market, but 3 times. Sewn with durable core threads and from selected densely woven material to satisfy the most demanding users.

The set does not include a belt.
